• Administrator for Blackbaud Sphere, Friends Asking Friends, Blackbaud Luminate CRM, Luminate Online, TeamRaiser, WealthPoint, EverydayHero, SalesForce NSP, Greater Giving, Classy.
• Manage staff user accounts, assigning permissions based upon department.
• Provide monthly training for all staff keeping everyone up to date with best practices and required data entry standards.
• Regularly monitor data for inconsistencies, errors and duplicates. Fix as needed.
• Design, test and implement more efficient ways of using the database.
• Manage data best practices manual outlining data standards, workflows and policies.
• Build registration, donation and Friends Asking Friends webpages.
• Donor and supporter research using WealthPoint and other research sources.
• Provide data analysis, demographics, constituent research using tools such as Excel, Crystal Reports, SAP Dashboard.
• Provide other IT related support as needed to the organization.
• Continually assess database ability to perform broader functions beyond those that the system was initially used for.
• Create Infographics to visually present data / reports.
• Monitor web traffic and social media using Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
• Import data from Greater Giving, Classy, WizeHive and other external sources.
• Event photographer.
